Just saw on the the news that they ent showing OneDay in the cinemas in Birmingham. Thats why i hate five-o always trying to stop things from happening. Ill hav to speak to the people i kno in it and get a copy lol

Okay i copped Transition (Deluxe Edition) today ... I couldn't wait till tuesday Ryan Leslie is my favourite Singer/Producer etc. heres my review

Never Gonna Break Up - Nice Vibin Track, The sort of track you can groove to with the bass guitar and the synths. Evolving Pads in the chorus are cool however track stays laidback overall a good intro.

Something That I Like - Neptunes Style Intro, I love It!!! The dirty synth that comes in underneath fills the track beautifully. The chorus is easy to sing to. Another excellent song by R.Les

Zodiac - Can Just imagine him hopping around the studio making this. The live instruments give the track the right amount of realness to match the synths which come in the chorus. My favourite part is the bass drops in this song

Is It Real Love? - Once Again i wish he had more studio sessions from this album. Another electric bass driven track. The synths and Drum arrangement remind me of a sampled tune. Great Song

Sunday Night - Love the glissando with the synth. Another laid back joint. Late Night head nodding this tracks cool

You're Not My Girl - Love the bassline, Love the bells, love the simplicity. Ryan you out do yourself.

To The Top - By now if you didnt know the whole album is that electric guitar light synth R.Les style. Another Good song but not epic enough for the title.

Nothing - A little different style on this one, its missing something though im still waiting for the pizazz lol. Decent tune

Guardian Angel - Theres something very familiar about this one but i still love it. One of my favourites on the album actually.

All My Love - Nice Track, I like the breakdown however it the beat just isn't sexy enough imo needs a different vibe to it.

I Choose You - Something Different on the album. Nice Love Song, nice synths not overpowering. Lyrically deep

Bonuses: When We Dance, Promise Not 2 Call, Rescue U - Yeah I've heard them all before i love all three but i'd have liked something that made me say wow that is a bonus ... 3 excellent tracks my fav out of these is Promise Not 2 Call I think he had the video making it online classic!!

Overall - I think its an excellently crafted album by one of the few artists left out there however i do not believe it will be commercially successful and i don't think that was what ryan was going for either. Ryan Leslie embodies what music should be an art-form and you can see the art in this album he wrote arranged, produced and engineered his whole album and it is 100% a beautifully crafted work of art. However this is his downfall in the commercial market as even though the album is a great one for the collection, the tracks have not been conformed for radio play and none of them really call out as that track i want to hear in the club or on the radio. However i respect Ryan Leslie for this as he did not follow the crowd and stayed true to himself. Truely one of the most underrated Artists of our time.
